Our Vision
To be the clinic that people in Indore trust first for pain and movement problems — known not for the loudest promises, but for the most honest assessments and the most consistent results.
We have spent over 18 years helping people in Indore get out of pain and back to the things they had given up on.
Aarna Physiotherapy Centre opened in 2008 with a single treatment couch and a belief that most pain is a movement problem before it is a medical one.
In the years since, we have grown into a full rehabilitation clinic — but the founding principle has not changed. We do not sell packages of sessions. We assess, we explain what we find, and we agree a plan with a realistic end point. If physiotherapy is not the right answer for you, we say so and help you find the specialist who is.
That honesty is why most of our patients arrive through a personal recommendation rather than an advertisement, and it is the standard every therapist here is held to.
To be the clinic that people in Indore trust first for pain and movement problems — known not for the loudest promises, but for the most honest assessments and the most consistent results.
To restore movement, independence and confidence through evidence-based physiotherapy delivered one-to-one, in a clean and welcoming environment, at a price that does not put good care out of reach.
These are not wall decorations. They are the standards we measure every consultation against.
Pain is exhausting and often frightening. We listen properly before we treat.
If physiotherapy is not the right answer for you, we will say so and refer you appropriately.
Our methods follow current clinical research, not tradition or guesswork.
The goal is not only to relieve pain, but to return you to living without thinking about it.
Every patient is treated by Dr. Deepti Dubey, with 18 years of clinical practice behind each assessment.
Your physiotherapist stays with you for the full session. We never run two patients at once.
No standard packages. Your programme is built from your assessment findings and your goals.
Manual therapy, dry needling, cupping and myofascial release — not just machines and heat packs.
Single-use needles, sterile technique for cupping, and linen changed between every patient.
Full-standard treatment at home for patients who are unable to travel to the centre.
BPT, MPT (Ortho) • Founder & Chief Physiotherapist
A dedicated physiotherapist with 18 years of clinical experience in the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
She has worked with reputed institutions including Bombay Hospital and Vishesh Hospital, before establishing Aarna Physiotherapy Centre in Bhawrasala, Indore.
Many clinics rely on heat packs and electrotherapy alone. Treatment here is hands-on first, with modalities used to support the active work rather than replace it.
A clinic should not feel like a queue. Ours is arranged so that treatment is private, the equipment is close at hand, and nobody feels rushed through their session.
Book an assessment and get a clear, honest answer about what is wrong and how long it will take to put right.
