1. Agreement to These Terms

By using this website or booking an appointment with Aarna Physiotherapy Centre, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. About the Website

This website provides general information about our clinic and the physiotherapy services we offer. It is an information and booking tool. It is not a medical device and it does not diagnose or treat any condition.

3. Appointments

• Submitting the appointment form is a request, not a confirmed booking.
• Your appointment is confirmed only once we contact you by phone or WhatsApp.
• Please arrive ten minutes before your scheduled time for a first assessment.
• Arriving late may shorten your session, as the following patient's time cannot be reduced.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Please give at least 4 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Repeated cancellation at short notice, or failure to attend, may be chargeable.
• Home visit appointments cancelled after the therapist has departed may be charged in full.

5. Fees and Payment

• Current consultation and treatment fees are available on request.
• Payment is due at the time of each session unless a package has been agreed in writing.
• Home visits carry an additional travel charge that depends on distance.
• Fees may be revised; any change will be communicated before your next appointment.

6. Your Responsibilities as a Patient

• Give accurate and complete information about your medical history and medication.
• Tell your therapist immediately if a technique causes sharp or unexpected pain.
• Follow the home exercise programme as prescribed — outcomes depend heavily on this.
• Inform us of any change in your condition between sessions.

7. Treatment Outcomes

Physiotherapy outcomes vary from person to person. Recovery depends on your diagnosis, age, general health, how long the problem has been present, and how consistently you follow your programme. No specific result is guaranteed, and any timeframes we give are clinical estimates rather than promises.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, graphics, layout and code — belongs to Aarna Physiotherapy Centre unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce or republish it without our written permission.

9. Testimonials

Patient testimonials published on this site describe individual experiences and are shared with consent. They should not be read as a prediction of your own result.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for clinical negligence or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
