1. Information Only
Everything published on this website — service descriptions, condition summaries, exercise guidance and answers to frequently asked questions — is provided for general information. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for an individual consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
2. No Diagnosis Without Assessment
A physiotherapy diagnosis requires a physical examination. Nothing you read here can identify what is causing your pain. Two people with identical symptoms frequently have entirely different underlying problems, and the correct treatment for one can be the wrong treatment for the other.
3. Do Not Delay Seeking Care
Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read on this website. If you have a health concern, speak to a qualified clinician.
4. Seek Immediate Medical Attention If You Have
- Chest pain, breathlessness, or symptoms of a stroke.
- Sudden loss of bladder or bowel control alongside back pain.
- Progressive numbness or weakness in both legs.
- Severe pain following a significant fall or accident.
- Unexplained weight loss accompanied by persistent pain.
- Fever, redness and swelling around a painful joint.
5. Exercises Published on This Site
Any exercise described here is general in nature. Exercise that helps one condition can worsen another. Do not begin an exercise programme based on this website alone — have it prescribed for you following an assessment. Stop immediately if an exercise causes sharp pain, dizziness or numbness.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Physiotherapy outcomes differ between individuals. Testimonials and case summaries on this site describe particular patients' experiences and do not predict what will happen in your case. Any session counts or timeframes mentioned are clinical estimates only.
7. No Clinician–Patient Relationship
Reading this website, submitting the appointment form, or messaging us does not by itself create a clinician–patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you attend an appointment and are formally assessed.
8. External Content
Where we link to other websites or embed third-party content, we do not endorse or take responsibility for the accuracy of the health information they contain.
9. Accuracy of Content
We make a reasonable effort to keep this site accurate and current, but clinical practice evolves. We give no warranty that everything here reflects the most recent evidence at the moment you read it.
10. Questions
If anything on this site is unclear, please ask us directly at deepti@aarnaphysiotherapy.co.in or +91 98275 30331 rather than acting on your own interpretation.
